A folding table needs space even when it is folded up.
An unhung door may have the problem in its support.
When opening the kitchen, some sides of the furniture may be exposed.

An old doorknob may still be visible after replacement.
The pantry needs appropriate heights for the packages you buy.
One wall may need preparation before receiving wall units.
The tap needs space behind the sink and access from below.
The socket boxes interrupt the pattern of the new covering.
Existing plinths may not match final height.
Power to the lights may need an accessible point.
The stopcock can be left behind an interior accessory.
A socket may be hidden by the side of the furniture.
A strip visible can be uncomfortable from the nearby table.
A preserved cabinet can limit the opening of the hood.
The integrated front must correspond to the chosen dishwasher system.
Changing a piece of furniture may require disassembling an appliance, adjusting a connection, or finishing a section of wall that was previously unseen. These jobs do not disappear because the work is partial. It is advisable to identify which tasks allow the change to be completed and which are optional improvements that can be compared separately.
The scope should explain the state in which each zone is left and who completes its connections or auctions. So you can hire a specific job without confusing it with a complete renovation. If equipment is also maintained or incorporated, consult the assembly of appliances to relate their gaps and attachments to the furniture that receives them.
